I was surfing the other day and came across a tool called Bow Easy.  For someone as bow making challenged as I am , it was a great find.  You can make a perfect bow in about 2 minutes.  You can make 7 different sizes with this one tool.  I love this gadget.

I have not posted in a while.  Trying to get ready for Christmas.  I love the Christmas Season.  I have finished making Christmas cards and have made some others that are not Christmas.  I'm sure there will be lots more to come.

Christmas

I have been very busy doing Craft Shows the past few weeks.  The sales are not great but I am having fun.  I have not done a craft show in quite a while.  I had forgotten how many friendly crafters you meet.  I am glad I have been doing them again.  Here are some Christmas cards I made for this season.  White and silver cards do not scan very well.  i hope you can see them.

Back home again

Yesterday we finished closing our trailer for the season.  The weather was so beautiful we wondered if we should close.  But knowing our weather it could be snowing next week, so I guess we did the right thing.  I hate to see the summer over.  Maybe now I can do a little more with my blog.  I am not very good at it, but I will have to try harder.

I seen the pictures of these shoes on a video the other day with the pattern for them also.  I turned the pattern into an svg with SCAL and made these ones.  They make up to be a cute shoe.  Hope you like them.

It is July 2nd and i hope things will get back to normal for the weekend.  I finally found some high speed internet for my trailer so I don't have to go home to do more than check my email.  I am really loving it.  Now if I just had room for my craft room.  Dream on!  Here are some cards I did this morning.  I bought some mini misters and made my own Sparkle mists with the Pearl Ex pigments I never used.  I like the look and will use it more often.

My sister came back from Nova Scotia to help her husband move some more things.  I sure hope she has time to visit for a little while.  I sure miss her.

Laura put this card with svg's on the Surecutsalotusers site this morning.  I liked it so much I had to make one.  Is it not the cutest card you have seen in a while?

Here are a few cards I have made over the last few days.  I am trying to do different styles and colours I would not normally do.  I don't know if I succeeded or not.

I sent for and received the Cri-Kits gel pens and holder.  I have been trying them out.  I like the nice neat or fancy printing they do on a card.  I believe I will be using them quite a bit from now on.  Here are 3 cards I made using them.

I have been trying to put a new background on my blog.  i can't seem to find one I like.  I will keep trying.

We have returned from our holiday.  Loved the south.  New Orleans was interesting.  Didn't like Bourbon St.  Too many people and too loud.  The rest was great.

Holidays

I am leaving next week for a holiday with my husband.  I know, I just returned from a 5 week stay with my sister in Nova Scotia.  We are going to New Orleans for a while and who knows where else.  If something or somewhere strikes our fancy we will do or go there too.   I hope to buy some supplies I can't get here in Canada.  Looking forward to seeing the south.

SureCutsAlot

I received SureCutsAlot for Christmas and I am loving it.  I use my Cricut every day for one thing or another.  With SureCutsAlot I can do so many more thing without buying new cartridges.  Here is a card I made yesterday.  I am slowly learning to use this program and am liking it more and more every day.  This cut is a Penny Duncan design.  She is very generous with her designs.

Birthday

Yesterday was my Birthday, and it was a great day.  Both my daughters and most of my grandkids were there to help me celebrate.  We had a barbecue.  My poor husband and daughter nearly froze cooking every thing but they managed.  I loved every minute of my day.
